Apartment on a first floor without lift with a nice terrace overlooking the garden area. Living room with sofa bed for 1 person, TV and direct access to the terrace.
Kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, ceramic hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
It has 2 double bedrooms with single beds (90x190cm).
A bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet.
It is part of a beautiful outdoor communal area with a large swimming pool and large garden area with sea views.
Ideal for families with children.
Parking space available only in August.
Pets accepted only on request and with supplement.
Pets under 35 years old are not allowed.
- Bed linen and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/bed linen and
8 euros/person/towels.
- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to be paid on arrival
- Parking/garage: 7 euros/day
