Lovely house with private swimming pool, located just a short distance from Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. The small town of Pietraia is just 3km away and offers shops that cover basic needs. Well -furnished in a country style , Casa Violina can accomodate up to 7/8 guests, thanks to its 4 bedrooms and large, bright interiors . It is composed of an apartment located on the first floor of a villa ( the ground floor is unoccupied ) and an outbuilding ( completely independent, only few meters away) where 2 additional bedrooms are available. This lovely rental offers a fenced garden in which lies the beautiful swimming pool – just recently constructed. There is also a beautiful barbecue zone with a lovely patio, dining table and stone barbecue.- The location of this rental would allow you to easily reach many of the most interesting places and cities to visit in Tuscany. Lake Trasimeno, with beaches for bathing and dotted with small charming towns is one place not to be missed and can be found just 10km away. Available to guests: fenced garden, private swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (8 x 4 m - depth 1.2 – 1.4 m).
