400 m from the large sandy beach of Playa Victoria
lies this bright flat on the 1st floor of a solid apartment building with lift.
On the excellently equipped beach you will find all amenities, especially for children, as well as various leisure activities.The sand is fine and the beach merges very gently into the sea. There are no currents. Even the smallest children can swim in the warm pools of water that form on the mudflats at low tide.two supermarkets are just a stone's throw from the flat, and there are various restaurants just a little further.if you want to go to the beautiful, densely built-up old town with its narrow streets, bus no. 5 will take you to the centre in 15 minutes. Directly opposite is the underground regional railway, which can take you to Seville or Jerez de la Frontera in an hour. Buses to the region leave from the university hospital, which is about a 15-minute walk away.all in all, a hire car is not absolutely necessary. There is a direct train connection from Cádiz to Jerez airport.

On an area of 75 sqm there is a living/dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and free high-speed WLAN/WIFIIn each room there are large ceiling fans and shutters. For the winter we have a small, very efficient ceramic gas stove with CO2 safety device. The cosy living area is furnished with two large couches, a dining table with four chairs, a 32" Sony flat screen with satellite TV, a small Bluetooth compact system and a Blue-Ray player.The large bedroom has a double bed with a high-quality spring mattress and a large wardrobe. There are also parasols, beach chairs and children's toys for the beach. Plenty of covers, blankets, etc. are available. The small bedroom has two single beds with sprung mattresses and a large wardrobe, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and utensils. 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and machine, kettle, blender, etc. The bathroom has a walk-in, modern shower with multiple functions, toilet and bidet, as well as a hairdryer and bathroom scales.
There is an inner courtyard that is used for hanging laundry, as well as the building's roof terrace, which serves the same purpose. Free public car parking is available around the building. There are also paid car parks where spaces can be rented at a reasonable price. However, this is not really necessary, as there is plenty of parking space, which we have marked on a map.
Also nice in winter
The fully equipped beach, which is 300 metres away, basically offers all the facilities you need for a beach holiday. But Cádiz is particularly interesting outside the high season. It is the oldest city in Europe (approx. 3000 years old) and has an eventful history with numerous sights, excellent restaurants and bars, and you should definitely visit the old town with its narrow streets and many small shops, romantic squares and bars and the impressive cathedral with its crypt. The market with its legendary fish. Try the langoustines here and you'll never want to eat anything else again. The harbour, where the Gorch-Fock likes to land. From there you can also take a passenger ferry to el Puerto de Santa Maria (where Columbus sailed from), or if you want to go to the Canary Islands from here. The beaches are wonderful for a stroll, or you can simply sit in a café and enjoy the atmosphere of the city, whose summers are not too hot and whose winters are very mild. One Cuban told us that he always feels homesick when he sees this city. The people here are some of the most relaxed and friendly in Spain.
