Our host Miguel was excellent. The apartment is fine, well equipped and clean. The location was okay for us but we always have a hire car. This being the case the many steps (around 250) or long walk up the hill from the restaurants and shops was not an issue.
Every night of our 19 day break was interrupted by excessive noise emanating from the Puerto Rico Shopping Centre. The worst of the noise (boom, boom, boom) started around 23:59 and continued until 04:00. The noise during the day was less of a problem for us as we were out and about each day of our stay. We will not choose this apartment location when we return to Gran Canaria in 2024.
