Important notes:
- no group of GUYS under 21 years of age
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of € 50,00 must be paid
- pets not allowed (6/8 sleeping accommodations are allowed in the villa)
- as in all our properties it is forbidden to smoke inside them
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be refunded before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20,00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on the spot
- use of heating: 10,00 € per sq m
