My 80 sqm attic apartment with a separate entrance is available for rent.
The apartment has its own balcony with seating and a great view of the small town of Webern.
From here, there are excellent hiking opportunities in the Geo-Naturpark Bergstrasse-Odenwald or at the nearby Felsenmeer. Generously furnished apartment for 5 people with 2 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a wardrobe and a DIY-style double bed made of pallets; upon request, the beds can also be set up as single beds.
The children's room has 2 single beds in the same style.
There is also a wardrobe full of board games and an audiobook collection with a CD player.
Fresh bed linen is naturally included in the amenities for all bedrooms. The large living and dining area features a sofa bed, a dining table for 5 people, and a fireplace.
In addition to a television, there are also some books available for our guests.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.
Pots, pans, casserole dish, salad bowl, dishes, cutlery, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
You will also find an internet radio here, allowing you to listen to your favorite stations. The unusually designed daylight bathroom with a large rain shower is a real experience.
In addition to the toilet and fresh towels, the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
There is also a separate guest toilet with a sink.

Die Lage ist wunderschön und liegt direkt an den nächsten Wanderwegen. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Gute Betten, prima Sitzgruppe. Es ist an alles gedacht, ob man wandern, kochen oder fernsehen möchte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und der Check-In unkompliziert. Immer wieder gerne!
