The apartment complex "Residenz am Yachthafen" is located in the heart of the small village of Kirchdorf.
The apartments are spread across three buildings, each with two floors.
Each apartment also includes a car parking space directly at the apartment complex and a communal bicycle storage room in the basement of the complex.
Located directly on the harbor, all vacation apartments offer a balcony with partial sea views.
Here, you can experience the vibrant activity at the harbor of Kirchdorf up close and enjoy fresh fish directly from the cutter or in the surrounding restaurants.
During the summer months, various art and craft markets invite you to browse and stroll.
In the nearby Hanseatic city of Wismar, all those interested in culture, architecture, and shopping will get their money's worth.
You can reach the UNESCO World Heritage city by car, bicycle, or by water via the excursion ship, which departs directly from the harbor in Kirchdorf several times a day.
To enjoy a day at the beach, several beaches are available on the island of Poel, spread out in all directions.
For this, we recommend bringing your own bicycle or renting one through our agency "Poeler Tourismus Service." Within a few minutes by car or bicycle, you can reach various shops, restaurants, and cafes.
Additionally, public charging stations for electric cars are located in the harbor parking lot. This spacious vacation apartment offers a fantastic panorama and invites up to 4 people to relax and feel at home. The bright living and dining area is combined and features a cozy sofa corner with a TV, a dining table, and access to the furnished south-facing balcony.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es ist alles vorhanden. Das Beste war die Top- Aussicht vom Balkon, bis nach Wismar.
Leider war kein WLAN vorhanden.

Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Super Ausblick auf Hafen. 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit integrierter Küchenzeile, Bad mit Fenster, großes Wohnzimmer und Balkon.
Möbel in den Schlafräumen etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
