In 45 sqm it accommodates 4 people, with a double bed and a French bed in the bedroom.
The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with living room with sofa bed (queen sized), kitchen equipped with moka and kitchenware.
- BEDROOM with double bed and a single bed.
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and hairdryer.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. We kindly ask you to note, that late check-in is provided upon request and has an extra cost: - 21.00 - 23.00: € 25,00; - 23.00 - 24.00: € 30,00; - 24:00 - 01.30: € 40,00.

The apartment itself is not bad for the price and position - it's quite old, but very close to the beach, it has aircon, and roomy beds. But the host advertised features that were not actually available (salt and pepper, hairdrier), there were cobwebs in the bathroom, and some electrical plugs were ...
