This 100 sqm apartment is located on the first floor, without a lift, of a building dating back to the 1800s Napoleonic era. Renovated and well organized, the interior is divided as follows: LIVING ROOM: large living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV and access to the balcony. BEDROOM 1: double bed, walk-in closet, wardrobe and chest of drawers. BEDROOM 2: double bed, desk, bookcase / shelves, chest of drawers and TV. KITCHEN: 5 burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster and moka. BATHROOM 1: bath / shower, WC and bidet. BATHROOM 2: shower, WC and bidet. OTHER SERVICES: independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two fans. PLEASE NOTE: If you are traveling with small children, pay attention to the glass table positioned between the sofas in the living area Located inside the city center area, just a few minutes walk from Porta Nuova Station, in the neighborhood you can find all the services and amenities you'll need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars. Distances: 1km from Mole Antonelliana and Cinema Museum, reachable by lines 6/18/68. 1.2km from Piazza San Carlo and the Egyptian Museum, reachable by Star 2 line. 1.6km from Piazza Castello and Palazzo Madama, reachable by the Star 2 line. 1.7km from Royals Museum and San Giovanni Battista Cathedral (where it is possible to find the Chapel of the Holy Shroud) reachable by the Star 2 line. 2.5km from the "Politecnico di Torino" reachable by line 15. Leuk appartement met een perfecte ligging in het centrum maar helaas wat achterstallig onderhoud zoals voordeurslot. Kitranden bij het bad, deur koelkast. Met een kleine inspanning had het goed geweest
