Lovely room, with private bathroom, ideal for 2 guests in 20 square meters of space, is part of the Sallustian Guest House.
The Guest House is located on the second floor, without elevator, of an elegant period building and consists of 5 private rooms.
In the heart of the historic center of Rome, in a NO ZTL area.
In fact, the property is just minutes from the Spanish Steps, the Baths of Diocletian, the Sistine Theater and Palazzo Barberini.
BLUE ROOM.
The interior space is divided as follows:
BEDROOM: double bed, closet, TV, desk and mini fridge.
BATHROOM (inside the bedroom): shower stall, bidet, toilet and washbasin.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, air conditioning/heating (each room has its own fan coil with heat pump in winter and air conditioning in summer, with activation provided as per current regulations).
AREAS SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS:
- Kitchen: stove, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
- Laundry room: washer, dryer, ink and toilet.

Guests will have access to the private room, laundry and the kitchen.

The private room has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

Getting around -From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, from which it is possible to continue on foot for 12 minutes or it is possible to take one of the multiple bus lines (including the 38 / 66/82/90/92) which stop a few meters away from the property. -From Roma Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the 520 bus line to Cinecittà, getting off at "Tuscolana / Cinecittà" stop (9 stops), where it is possible to take the underground line A, stop "Repubblica" ( 15 stops), located 500m from the property. -From Rome Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in 12 minutes, or it is possible to take one of the multiple bus lines (including the 38 / 66/82/90/92) which stop a few meters from the property. -If you are traveling by car, please note that the closest paid parking, is the Super Garage, a few meters from the property on the same street (A.

Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee in the streets surrounding the property (blue lines). -To visit the city: it is possible to choose between two underground stops near the apartment "Repubblica" and "Barberini" (respectively 450 and 600 meters), or the multiple buses, such as numbers 60, 61 or 82, which stop a few steps away from the apartment. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. El lugar está bien ubicado y bonito, tiene áreas comunes como cocina y lavandería super útiles que se pueden usar y están equipadas. Todo muy limpio y amplio. En el baño había hormiguitas pero nada grave. La comunicación no fue lo mejor, siempre que necesite algo se tardó en contestarme y opté por yo solucionarlo. Pero todo lo demás bien

Alojamiento cómodo, bien ubicado y seguro. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. El anfitrión nos ayudó a resolver nuestra inquietudes. Mejoraría la cocina agregando más utensilios (otra olla). Solo a veces había mal olor en el pasillo, pero dentro de la pieza estaba todo en orden.
