Brand new one bedroom apartment a short distance from the center situated on the second floor of a historic building without elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people. You will also find a well-kept small terrace overlooking the greenery from the windows of the house. Ideal for those who wants to visit Bologna and surroundings or stays for business reasons. The apartment is located in a strategic position near "Giardini Margherita" and the "Sant'Orsola- Malpighi" Hospital.

The hilly areas of "Villa Ghigi" and "San Luca" are wonderful: you can admire breathtaking views over Bologna and relax in nature.
