The apartment has a living area with kitchen equipped with fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils and electric kettle; living room with double sofa bed and television. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, mirror and bedside tables with abat jour. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, toilet and bidet. Terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, with outdoor furniture (table and two chairs) and locker. Other services available to guests: clotheshorse, iron, hairdryer, free wifi, heating and air conditioning. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Bologna. prima notte a 16.5 gradi perché i termosifoni non funzionavano, problema risolto la mattina seguente con intervento del tecnico. Mi aspettavo almeno un rimborso come risarcimento al disguido, ma al momento non ho ricevuto nulla. gli asciugamani forniti avevano un cattivo odore. sig. Paolo gentile e disponibile. posizione ottima x visitare la città

Vicina al centro storico, minimale e funzionale. Arredamenti semplici e non ampii, bagno molto piccolo e ristretto, divano-letto scomodo.
