Cozy and bright house in "via de la Birra" (suburb of Bologna), ideal for couples, groups of friends and families.
It can accommodate up to three people and a child! Its proximity to the Marconi airport makes the apartment the perfect destination for those looking for a stay in a quiet and peaceful area.
Nearby there are pharmacies, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. To reach the city center you can take the bus lines Tper 54 - 81 -91 ("Birra stop"), a two-minute walk from the property! TN.B.: The keys to the front door are located in a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in. The apartment is located on the first floor of a period building without a lift.
The inside is organized as follows: - Living area with kitchen, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kitchenware, dining table for four people, and sofa bed. - Double bedroom with wardrobe and coat hanger. - Bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine. Other services available: toaster, free WiFi, and fan. Paid parking along Via della Birra and free near the nearby church (NOT guaranteed). Cot for babies upon request and payment. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Nice place and close to the airport. This wasn’t a problem for me but my group had a light sleeper and the building had an echo. You can hear people walking and entering the building. This would be 5/5 but the hosts delayed our check in. Luckily we just got dinner and then checked in later but for someone else this could’ve been a real headache. Very responsive hosts. Overall good experience.

Amplasata aproape de aeroport. in camera miroase groaznic a fum de tigara. am stat 5 zile , iar mirosul a persistat pe toata durata sejurului. Accesul la baie se face prin dormitor, motiv pentru care nu este recomandat pentru 2 cupluri. Caldura a fost data pe 21 de grade, cam racoare.

The location and the free parking. It was big enough for three people. It was too cold at night. The central heating did not work properly.
