The flat is in the Restricted Traffic Area: you can find free parking 30 meters away from the house or at Parcheggio Pagano (300m away - paid parking).

The inside is organized as follows;

- SLEEPING AREA wth a double bed, a single folding bed and a wardrobe;

- OPEN KITCHEN with stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, Moka, plates, cutlery, cups and wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower box and hairdryer.


Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.

A member of our Team Palermo will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.

The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.

In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm.


For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to
- EUR 15 from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm

- EUR 20 from 11 pm to 00:00

- EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30 am

It is not possible to check in after 01:30, not even for a payment.


The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Cathedral, in the historic center of Palermo, a short distance from the main monuments of the city, such as the Royal Palace of the Normans, the Palatine Chapel, the Martorana Church, the Capuchin Catacombs and many other wonders that are part of the Unesco World Heritage. All around it is possible to find the historic markets of the city that originated during the French, Arab or Spanish dominations, such as the famous Vucciria, Il Capo and Ballarò.
