Gavinana is a residential neighborhood, quiet, lively and with all the necessary shops and services.

The area is south Florence, very convenient because it is close to the highway entrance (10 minutes away by car) and at the same time not far from the center which can be reached in 10 minutes by bus, car or bike


The studio is equipped with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, free wifi and a common garden inside the building.


The apartment is on the second floor of a villa where there are other private rooms. To access the studio apartment you have to make two flights of stairs and inside the apartment itself there are steps to access the various rooms.

Among the various comforts available there are split air conditioning, free wifi, television, iron and clothesline.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to

- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.30

We are in one of the best residence areas in Florence, peaceful and green. Away from the noisy historical center which full of tourists, but very easy to get there. Here you live as the locals. Just 100 meters from the river Arno. You can enjoy the beautiful views walking along the river, there is a park along the river starts from here too, perfect for who likes running, walking or cycling. Less than 10mins walk you can arrive the commercial center, there is a big supermarket COOP. You can find bars, restaurants, shops, ect. everything around here.


From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport, you can reach the apartment as follows: take the Line T2 and get off at the "Rosselli" stop, then take line 353A and get off at the "Viale Giannotti" stop, just 200m from the flat.


From Santa Maria Novella station, the structure can be reached in less than 20 minutes, by the 350A line with the final stop "Viale Giannotti", just 200m from the apartment.


The flat is located outside the Limited Traffic Zone, therefore it is easily reachable by car and it is possible to park on the street.
