Bright apartment for 5 people, located in the Vachiglietta district, on the edge of the historic center, that is easily reachable by public transport or by a 20-minute walk along the river Po. Less than 10-minute walk away, there is the beautiful Colletta Park, bordered by the river, ideal destination for picnics and outdoor activities. The flat has two 20sqm terraces, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Turin hills, the Basilica of Superga and the beautiful Alps.


The 60sqm apartment, with two terraces of 20sqm each, is located on the 8th floor of a building with elevator, and is composed as follows

- Large living room with split AC, dining table and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave. The living area has a queen sofa bed and TV.

- Bedroom with two single beds joined into a queen, Ikea folding single bed, wardrobe and AC split.

- Small closet.

- Toilet with WC, bidet and shower box.

- First 20sqm terrace covered by a transparent roof and equipped with table and chairs x2, which can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom.

- Second terrace accessible from the living room and partially shared with the condominium: the 20sqm part reserved for the apartment is bordered by large vases with plants; the remaining space is used for maintenance: in this case, the maintenance personnel access it by an external elevator, without any contact with the entrance of the flat. In any case, the other condominiums NEVER have access to the terrace.


Further facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, indipendent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.


Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.

Once collected, the guest can choose
- to use their own;

- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.


The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.


We will be at disposal for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.

For any unexpected events or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.


According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.


The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.


The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.


It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.


For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.



After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00

- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00

- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30

All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.


Vanchiglietta is the part of the historic Borgo Vanchiglia district lying on the suggestive strip of land near the confluence of the Dora Riparia and the Po. Through the splendid avenue that runs alongside the river Po, the nearby city center can be reached on foot in about twenty minutes. Alternatively, you can opt for buses that take you to the center in a short time. In 15 minutes by car, you can comfortably reach the historic and fascinating Basilica of Superga. From here, going up with the cogwheel train, you can admire a wonderful view of Turin. Less than ten minutes on foot, however, you can visit the beautiful Colletta Park, ideal for a picnic or a relaxing walk in the tree-lined avenues bordered by the Po.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet, but at the same time very well served: within 200 meters of the flat there is a pharmacy, supermarkets and bars. Those who want to appreciate food will be able to choose a different restaurant every evening: from ethnic to traditional Piemontese cuisine, the choice is wide and for all budgets.


The house is located outside the ZTL and you can park for free nearby.

The zone is covered by car sharing services, such as Car2go and Enjoy, and by bike sharing services. The city center is 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by public transport.

In particular, the area is served by lines 15, 61 and 68, also convenient for reaching the Porta Nuova train station. Caselle Airport is 20 minutes away by car.
