This beautiful and modern 1 bedroom apartment has been built and finished to a very high standard. The building entrance has a wide sloped hall way leading to the lift. The apartment is located on the first floor. The front door opens into a good size, bright open plan living area. There is a fully equipped and quality designed kitchen with full oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all cooking equipment. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
The corridor leads down to the back of the apartment. The first on the left is a quality bathroom with walk-in shower. Then next to the bathroom is the main bedroom has been tastefully decorated to give a relaxing feel. There is a double bed with side table and lamps and a large built in wardrobes.
This apartment has a nice south facing balcony which over looks a great Spanish style street.
The location of this apartment is excellent! Only 75metres from the beach, 100 metres from the high street shops and surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants.
