The holiday apartment built in 2008 and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location.
For sole use are available: parasol, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. A telephone flatrate to international landline numbers (no mobile number) is included in the price. You can call worldwide in 25 countries (USA, Australia, France etc). In the nearby office of the landlord (5 minutes walk) is a high-quality color printer and PC workstation free of charge.

Berlin, district Bezirk Mitte, 37 m above sea level. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
The comfortable holiday apartment is located in the attic of a typical Berlin building (built in 1899). There were exclusively uses high-quality materials. Hardwood floors, granite tiles, glass tiles, Ecological colors etc. The courtyard is landscaped and has a seating area. The environment is a typical Berlin neighborhood. You will find many pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There are several small parks with playgrounds in the immediate area and in front of the house, but no noise. The streets are beautifully green lined with large, mature trees.
The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) in the garage and on the property and the street in front of the house.

central heating, underfloor heating. There is also an automatic wood pellet stove with a nice fire light available. Facilities: internet access (WLAN), phone, iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via antenna. TV channels only in local language. Reception via DVBT-2

Vybrali sme si Blueberry Hill pre náš päťdňový výlet do Berlína cez Silvestet a neboli by sme sklamaní. Poloha je ideálna medzi letiskom Tegel a mestom.
Byt je veľmi útulný a moderný. Všetko, čo potrebujete, je k dispozícii vo vynikajúcom stave.

V byte je pohodlná, veľmi pekne zariadené a veľmi dobre vybavený, priateľské hostiteľa, ale bol umiestnený v piatom poschodí a výťah nie je, že kufre nie sú najpohodlnejšie pre cestovateľov.
