The detached villa built in 1942, was renovated in 2009 and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to the view over the sea from the property the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. garden

Savičenta, district Brščići. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
