The studio is located in an apartment building and is furnished in the typical local style and functionally. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts of the village. The residence is also popular because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet location.

Bad Aussee. The studio is located on an open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung (Haushaltsutensilien, Geschirr, Bettwäsche usw.) war überreichlich, es fehlte an nichts. Besondere Erwähnung verdient das im Alpencottage integrierte Hallenbad inkl. Sauna, das man für 2,50 € p. P. benutzen darf - alles sauber und gepflegt - toll.
