The holiday home, built in 1996 and renovated in 2011, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use: terrace.

The property is situated in one of the most beautiful regions of the Czech Republic: the Orlické Mountains. The Orlické Mountains offer their visitors peaceful relaxation from everyday life, warm hospitality, and affordable and tasty cuisine. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 100 m). Access to the property is uphill, therefore only vehicles with four-wheel drive can park in front of the house; those who cannot drive uphill will be able to park 100 m from the property.
