Terraced house with shared garden and swimming pool in the complex "La Romantica", in Manerba del Garda.


The house welcomes guests with the spacious and bright open-plan living area, equipped with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, also complete with kettle and dishwasher. The living room overlooks via two French windows the covered porch and the garden, which is also equipped with a dining table and chairs for eight people. The floor is completed by the convenient toilet with washing machine.

The cottage continues on the first floor with the large sleeping area consisting of a double bed and wardrobe, from which via French doors there is access to the private terrace overlooking the inner courtyards of the residence. The second bedroom consists of a double bed and wardrobe, also with a French window leading to a small balcony. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed and wardrobe. There is also a second bathroom with shower and hairdryer.


Guests will also benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection and the residence's wonderful shared swimming pool with jacuzzi. The property is equipped with a geothermal cooling and heating system.

The access to the basement of the house will be closed to guests and will eventually only be used by the owner, who will be able to access it through a completely separate entrance from the one dedicated to guests.

The environment is suitable for those who are looking for peace and tranquillity, while remaining conveniently located to the centre and the lake.


The Residence's swimming pool, which also has a whirlpool bath, can be used from 1 May to 30 September with the following times from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00 The use of swimming caps and respect for the rules in the pool area are obligatory.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi and in the hinterland the farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and holiday villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The settlement is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where you can see most of Lake Garda and some of its islands.


The house is about 20 minutes by car from the train station of Desenzano and about 50 minutes from the airport of Bergamo-Orio al Serio.
