Location: Stumm in the Zillertal. Quiet location surrounded by meadows. Centre 900 m. Gondola to the ski resort Hochzillertal 2 km. Ski bus 300 m.
House: Small holiday home complex with six comfortable chalets in rustic wooden construction. In the complex there is an additional house with reception, sauna, splash shower and relaxation room, which can be used by the chalet guests.
Communal 6-room house with approx. 120 square metres of living space over 2 floors. Rustic chalet ambience with wood panelling throughout the house. Tasteful, tasteful furnishings with original details. Electric heating. 2 car parking spaces/house.
Parterre: Large, bright living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, cosy sitting area, satellite TV, radio, large dining table, modern kitchenette (oven, dishwasher). Double bedroom. Separate WC. Storage/ski room.
1st floor: 4 cosy double bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, each with shower, bath. Separate WC.
Additional costs (for energy, wood) 5,50 €/pers./day. Müllsack/bag 6,60 €. Tourist tax. Bed linen available. Additional services Sauna use included from Christmas to Easter, at weekends (50 €/2h). Deposit 500 €. Cot only within the maximum number of persons without charge (order). Pets 8 €/day, max. 1 dog (registration).
