The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto the living area furnished with a double sofa bed, dining table, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen.
A bookshelf separates this area from the sleeping area, which features a queen-size bed and open coat hangers.
A bathroom with a shower on the lower floor completes the layout.

Ares met us and was incredibly friendly and helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations. We were also helped before we arrived to book airport taxis which was so useful - and provided with a travel cot and bedding for our baby. The space was great - good appliances and space for a studio - the jacuzzi was great too!

Le logement est très bien situé dans une rue calme du centre-ville de Bologne, proche de tous les commerces, des restaurants et du centre historique. Le logement était très propre et la literie très confortable. L’espace Jacuzzi est un vrai plus dans un logement déjà très accueillant !

Good central location for exploring Bologna.10 minutes from Central Station, 5 minutes to Piazza Magiorre.Spacious living area and bedroom.Very modern and trendy.Bathroom in basement.Stayed over a weekend and bins seemed to be emptied every day so early morning noise.
