A shared outdoor area, consisting of garden furniture, is also available for your use. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 201m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 257m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 379m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 445m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bakery: 399m. Walking/driving distance to lake: 1.92km Lauter See. Walking/driving distance to airport: 36.4km Innsbruck. Walking/driving distance to nearest ski lift: 400m Kranzberg. Prachtige en stemmige verblijfplaats in het hart van Mittenwald.

De ideale locatie, op wandelafstand van het centrum maar toch rustig.
Ideaal gelegen vlak naast een wandelroute.
Een nieuwe ovenschaal en een nieuwe snijplank zouden daar zeker welkom zijn. Verder is de keuken prima voor dagdagelijks gebruik.
Schönes gepflegtes Haus in erhöhter ruhiger Lage.

Ein toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Ort Mittenwald und vor der Haustür geht ein Wanderweg direkt in die schöne Umgebung. Außerdem eine einfache und kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Ein Hausmeister ist als Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
Der Weg zum Haus war für unsere Verhältnisse recht steil. Ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen könnten hier Schwierigkeiten haben.

Sehr schön eingerichtet nach ortsansässigem Stiel, in der Wohnung ist soweit alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub brauch. Es ist alles zu Fuß innerhalb 5-10 min erreichbar. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Kawendel und komplett Mittenwald
WLAN war vorhanden aber man hatte damit nicht unbedingt eine sehr gute Bandbreite. Im Kinderzimmer gab es leider keine Möglichkeit die Fenster abzudunkeln.
