Located just a short walk from the heart of the city centre, this 2 bedroom property has recently undergone a stylish refurbishment and benefits from professional interior design throughout.
The attention to detail throughout becomes apparent as soon as you walk through the private entrance and into the hallway. To the left is the lounge area with LCD Smart TV, comfortable 'L' shaped sofa and accent chair. A cosy space for relaxing after a hard days sightseeing.
The ground floor of the house also features a superb looking dining space to seat up to 6 for dinner and is accompanied by a wood burning stove. There's an attractive conservatory area just off the dining room featuring some lovely occasional seating and is a great space to while away a few hours. There are patio doors which open out into a pleasant astroturf garden. The seating from the conservatory can also be used in the garden area too.
The kitchen features solid wood, worktops and all the appliances you'd expected to find in a quality holiday let such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.
Upstairs in the property you will find the house bathroom complete with a bath with overhead shower. There's 1 double bedroom off the landing and the master bedroom features a super kingsize bed that also has the flexibility of being set as twin beds upon request.
1 well behaved pet accepted in the downstairs area of the property.

We stayed here, family of four, for a long weekend. The location, on a quiet residential street, is fantastic and only a 15/20 minute walk into York along the river. The house is fairly well equipped and just a few additions would elevate it further. Lots to do in and around York and easy to get around walking or by public transport so the car wasn't used at all. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and tidy and the welcome pack provided is very helpful to get you started but with this property we had issues parking as the street is very narrow and busy, the alternative street parking is also not very convenient with the residents not being happy when you park outside the...
