Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Der Zugang zu einer kleinen, herrlichen Badebucht ist über einen schmalen Weg möglich. Man kann sich im Haus sehr wohl fühlen, auch wenn man merkt, dass es kein Neubau ist. Der Pool ergänzt das Ganze perfekt. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie einige Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Einen Parkplatz auf der Hauptstraße zu finden, kann in der Hochsaison eventuell ein Problem sein. Dass es nur spanische Sender im Fernsehen gibt und keinen SAT-Empfang, mag für die heutige Zeit ungewöhnlich sein, ist aber so. Daher 1 Stern weniger bei der Ausstattung.
