Sehr nette Altbau-Wohnung im 4. OG. Etwas modernisierungsbedürftig, aber technisch in Ordnung und sauber. Sehr netter Eigentümer mit super Erreichbarkeit und extrem hilfsbereit. Besser kann man nicht für seine Kunden da sein!
Kein Aufzug, der Aufstieg ist mit Gepäck spannend 😜
