Aniser Hüs was built around 1900 as a farmhouse annex, extensively renovated in the 1980s, and completely refurbished most recently between early 2020 and late 2021, with further modernization in 2023.
It is located in the historic center of Altstädten (part of Sonthofen).
Inns, an ATM, a village baker, a village shop, a bus stop, leisure facilities (free outdoor pool with solar-heated water), and a children's playground are only about 150 m away – the train station is about 250 m away.
You will find excellent leisure opportunities and good gastronomy here.
The holiday home is arranged over three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor, with two garden areas: "Between Ash and Chestnut" and "Guest Garden Area". Ground Floor: - Spacious entrance area with cloakroom - Functional kitchen - Living area with TV corner (two-seater sofa + armchair) - Dining area with original Allgäu larch corner bench, handcrafted by a carpenter First Floor: - "Walserblick" bedroom offers mountain views, reaching Widderstein in good weather. - "Gartenblick" bedroom offers views into a garden, whose current appearance has developed over the past 60 years. Ground Floor/First Floor: - Bathroom with bathtub, shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet on the first floor, and an extra toilet on the ground floor, each with a window. Basement: - Functional bedroom with a double bed.
The basement (third bedroom) can be used without an additional charge for five or more people. "Guest Garden Area": - Offers the opportunity for a relaxing stay outdoors right outside your door; it is bordered above by three fruit trees. Parking: A private parking space is available for our guests. "Aniser" is, by the way, the name of the last resident of the property: Maria Aniser.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, es war alles da, was man als Selbstversorger braucht und auch eine Gartenecke mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegestühlen könnte man nutzen. Durch die nahe Anbindung an Bus und Bahn brauchten wir kein Auto. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Gerne wieder, denn die Ausflugsziele haben wir noch lange nicht geschafft, landschaftlich ganz toll, für jedes Level tolle Touren.

Ein altes Häuschen - alles topp gepflegt und sehr sauber! Eigentlich noch schöner als die Bilder im Internet. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus, sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns direkt mit Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es gab nichts zu mäkeln ;o)

Die Einrichtung war sehr schön mit viel Holz. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr nett.
