Enjoy spectacular panoramic sea and mountain views from this spacious 4-bedroom hillside villa in Fuentes de Almuñécar. With a large private terrace, BBQ, room for up to 8 guests, and access to two attractive shared pools, it is an ideal base for families and groups looking for sunshine and a peaceful setting on the Costa Tropical.
The villa is built on three levels and has steps both inside the property and on the approach.
The property is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users or guests requiring step-free access. The 125 sqm house accommodates up to 8 guests.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an additional WC, an attractive living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
High ceilings create a bright atmosphere.
There is high-speed WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, a television, washing machine, and self check-in. Step outside to your spectacular terrace with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Mediterranean coastline.
The terrace is equipped with dining furniture and sun loungers, making it perfect for sunset drinks and outdoor dining. You have access to 2 community pools, each a 7-9 minute walk away involving some slopes and steps.
The larger infinity pool with spectacular sea views opens mid-June to mid-September, while the smaller panoramic pool typically remains open year-round. The nearest beach is a 20-minute walk downhill.
The uphill return journey is more demanding in the summer heat, particularly with young children.
Many guests therefore choose to drive or take a short taxi ride; convenient parking is available near the beach.
A car is recommended and parking is available in the street immediately outside the house. The area offers excellent swimming, water sports, padel, cycling, and hiking.
Granada and the Alhambra are an hour away, and the Sierra Nevada mountains provide skiing in winter and spring. - Beach/pool towels Payment 20,00 € per person

La casa en general está genial, encuentras en ella todo lo necesario para poder pasar una estancia agradable. Lo que menos me ha gustado, ha sido la ubicación de la piscina pequeña, y los contenedores para la basura, que nos hemos venido y no los hemos encontrado. Por lo demás todo genial. Y el anfitrión siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier tipo de duda que se pueda presentar.

La comodidad de la casa y todos sus servicios en cada estancia, la disponibilidad del anfitrión y las vistas.
No fue un problema, pero es necesario saber que para todo se necesita coche.

Vi har haft en dejlig ferie i det skønne sommerhus, som ligger rigtig smukt.
Huset er velegnet og har god plads til os alle - 8 voksne.
Dejlig stor terrasse med skøn udsigt og gode havemøbler.
Køkkenet var godt udstyret, så der kunne laves lidt mad i huset. Pænt møbleret og gode senge.
Kan varmt anbefales og vi vil meget gerne komme tilbage.
