Tastefully furnished flat, ideal for reaching the centre of Bologna, but also well connected to the ring road and the motorway. Perfect for those who have their own means of transport.
The flat is on the third floor of a small typical Bolognese building without lift, in a very quiet street. It does not seem to be in the city because of the greenery surrounding the building, but it is a strategic position for those who move a lot for work. The flat opens onto a very spacious living room with a double sofa bed and an armchair bed, and then continues into the separate eat-in kitchen, which is well equipped and also has an oven, a coffee machine and a dining table.
The bedroom, which is large and bright, is furnished with a double bed, a capacious wardrobe and an armchair. A fully equipped bathroom with shower completes the flat.
Available to guests are amenities such as free Wi-Fi and heating. Guests will also have access to a private parking space.
*The city centre is a Restricted Traffic Zone so we recommend leaving your car in one of the many car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences of living in contact with the locals. If interested, please contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauties of Italy.
Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is home to the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine, and the "Rossa" colour that characterises the historic centre, is a wonderful city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical centre, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical centre is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise you all year round.
Less than 5 minutes from the flat is the 'Bottego' bus stop, which then allows you to reach the station in 10 minutes, while the airport is 10 minutes away by car.
