The 70 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to seven people.

The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with garden furniture and a covered terrace. The property is situated on the outskirts of See in a quiet location, but you can reach the centre (See cable cars) in just five minutes on foot.

The valley run as well as the ski bus to Kappl, Ischgl and Galtür can also be reached in about three minutes on foot. Distances on foot or by car: Restaurant 184 m, café 544 m, bar 669 m, supermarket 1.35 km, bakery 621 m, lake (Berglisee) 24.17 km, ski lift (See cable cars) 600 m. Free parking is available at the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., check-out until 10:00 a.m.

Parties and smoking are not permitted.

A ski storage room is available. The Premium Card (valid from 16 June to 15 October) offers, among other things, unlimited use of all open cable cars in Paznaun and Samnaun, use of public transport in Paznaun and Montafon, as well as access to the Silvretta High Alpine Road and much more.

The Premium Card is available on site from your host and must be purchased for an additional fee.
