The heat didn’t work when I was there and I was so cold that I couldn’t sleep. When I messaged the host, he said there was nothing he could do but that he would bring blankets. However, he never did show up. I had to take the cover off the couch to put on the bed and wear my clothes to sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was enough space for two couples to stay comfortably. Be aware that the beds, specifically the couch bed, are quite hard. The hostess was friendly and helpful.

We were so excited to get back to Florence. When the concierge told us the locks were "tricky," we thought, "how hard can this be?"
