Cozy apartment with a furnished terrace in the Turin hills, in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of the city, a short walk from the Po River, Piazza Vittorio, and the Gran Madre Church.
This apartment is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, of a traditional period building, partially renovated, with original furniture and a refined retro atmosphere.
The entrance opens into a hallway leading to the different rooms: a large master bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a beautiful antique piano, and a small bedroom with a French bed.
The living area features a spacious dining room with a large table, a sideboard with a display cabinet, a double sofa bed, and a spacious, fully equipped independent kitchen with a dishwasher and oven.
The apartment also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and a bright study with a wardrobe, two single beds, and a two-seater sofa bed.
A delightful furnished terrace with an umbrella, a large table, and chairs enhances this beautiful property, perfect for a family or group of friends who want to experience the unique atmosphere of a quiet and green neighborhood with a French flair, yet very close to the center. *The building next to the accommodation is currently undergoing renovation and painting work.
For this reason, there may be noise during the day. *Also note the possibility of hosting 2 or 3 families traveling together by also renting the ground-floor apartment which has 4 beds.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse in ruhiger Gegend. Günstig gelegen zum Stadtzentrum.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte besser sein, vor allem ein wenig mehr Gläser wären gut.Die Wohnung war etwas staubig (unter den Betten), was wir in Italien bisher selten gesehen haben.

Groot appartement op een fantastische locatie. Alles op loopafstand en mooie, rustige en groene wijk waar leuke restaurants zijn. Inrichting vrij oud (maar zie je ook op de foto’s). Heel mooi terras. Vrij weinig servies en bestek. Master bedroom te licht omdat er een te dun gordijn en oude, kapotte luiken hingen.
