The purpose of use of our accommodations and spaces shall be exclusively for leisure, holiday, or recreational purposes. This must be certified by the tenant.

This charming studio-loft on the first floor is very bright and is located in El Raval (Ciutat Vella), in the heart of the city, 15 minutes walk from Plaça Catalunya. A single space decorated with special love by the designer of HOME-DECO, the result is a harmonious, modern and cozy loft.


The studio has a double bed, which is on a higher level that is accessed from the living room by stairs. The living room is spacious and has a double sofa bed. well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything you need to cook and eat comfortably.

High speed Internet connection, TV and DVD.

This study is available only for rentals of long periods, of more than one month, ideal for 1 or 2 people (see Services tab and complementary information above in this same file of this apartment).

Linens and towels. Ideal to accommodate a person or a couple or up to four people.


Around the area you will find many shops, supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, etc.

Excellent communications for mobility in Barcelona or to leave the city.
