In the beautiful South Tyrol/Alto Adige the comfortable apartment "Klementhof Nr 7" welcomes you on the outskirts of Natz-Schabs/Naz-Sciaves.
The 45m² large and modernly equipped vacation apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, as well as a baby crib and a high chair. From the apartment's furnished balcony, you can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains.
In the shared outdoor area, a covered swimming pool and a large garden with seating, sunbathing lawn, table tennis table and trampoline are also waiting for you. Here you can barbecue together or relax with a good book while the children splash and play. The area offers a variety of activities for hikers, mountain climbers, culture enthusiasts, nature lovers or those seeking relaxation.
In addition to numerous hiking areas, the Plose-Brixen ski area is not far away and can be reached in 30 minutes (20km) by car. The nearest bus stop is only a 4-minute walk (300m) from the accommodation.
From here buses leave every hour to Brixen/Bressanone, 9km away.
There are also 5 restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, which can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
The nearest supermarket is only 228m away. An elevator and a storage room for skis are available. The apartment is step-free and has wide doors. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed on request and for a fee.
