Kitchen area: Gas Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet First Floor: Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed.
Oil central heating, gas, electricity (£25 per week, £15 per short break November-March), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Washing machine on request.
Freezer on request (shared with owner).

Very relaxing, hosts are excellent. Bed comfortable and very clean. Electric blanket on bed if required. Cottage is very cosy and warm Local pub is great with a couple of log burners and great food. I would definitely book again for a short break.

Good location for visiting the Lake District and surrounding areas location is peaceful we love the river flowing by the barn the punch bowl inn just 5 mins up the road good meals and the inn is friendly

Amazing can’t fault it host we’re great helpful so relaxing definitely going again what a getaway to distress just melted there also the little dog is adorable enjoy her counting the days so we can return
