A fabulous unique cottage. The restored mill workings are fantastic. Very clean, everything we needed and great location for walking the Western Fells. Two excellent pubs for dining within a few minutes drive. Highly recommended cottage.

Lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Peaceful location with stream nearby. Pub just up the hill. Not far to NE lakes, Cockermouth or the sea. Enjoyed our time there.

Such a lovely place in a peaceful village. The week went so quickly. The owners live next door and you couldn’t wish to meet nicer people. Would definitely recommend.
