Lovely village.Wasn’t as noisy as I thought being on the main road. What I didn’t like was people looked in the lounge at you, and the owners had access to the garden and would walk pass the kitchen. Single beds felt uncomfortable with the springs coming through

Excellent location, fantastic friendly location. 3 pubs, fish shop, doctors, dentist, Indian & Chinese restaurant, pharmacy, co-op store, and superb coffee shop dog friendly.Fantastic walks and canals. Just be warned unless you're with EE there is no mobile connection.

Lovely friendly village, great garden for dog, friendly owners. Pubs with good food and friendly locals. Shower was cramped and if we had known dogs were not allowed upstairs we would not have chosen here, as our dog is a rescue he can't be left downstairs while we were upstairs overnight, so he did come upstairs but he has his own bed that we travel with.
