All three properties have the added benefit of a private hot tub. Originally agricultural buildings dating from 1872, access to the cottages is via a private lane on the owner’s arable farm, which itself is steeped in history.
Guests are welcome to explore over 80 acres of riverbank and tracks, ideal for wildlife watching and romantic strolls.
Just 800 yards away is the medieval town of Wainfleet All Saints.
Here visitors will find a weekly market and street auctions, pubs, a famous brewery with visitor tours, restaurants and shops.
Award-winning sandy beaches, family entertainment and amusements can be found 5 miles away in Skegness, and Fantasy Island fun park is 8 miles.
Gunby Hall is 7 miles and Tattersall Castle 15 miles, both National Trust.
Horncastle, famous for antiques, is 15 miles and the medieval cathedral city of Lincoln is 40 miles.

Fab little cottage with everything you need for a few days away. The only let down was the bed was too hard for me so I didn’t sleep well and the sofa was very small so not a lot of space to be comfortable.
However great location and well equipped.

Had a lovely time, nice location and not far from Skegness, hot tub was great, only thing that let it down really was the bed, a bit hard which is such a shame as the rest of the house was perfect for us.

Lovely cottage in a nice setting. The village is easy to get to on foot with a couple of pubs, take away sand coop. The cottage was well equipped and really clean. The only reason that it’s not a 5 star review is because there were no spare pillows and the ones provided were really hard, and gave me headaches.
