Well situated for exploring the Lakes, just off the road to Windermere, yet handy for Kendal town centre too. Wonderful view eastwards over the town. Car parking unproblematic in Queens Road (behind the house). House is well equipped. Would definitely go back again.

This is close to being a perfect holiday house. It's a real home from home. I could happily live here. The back steps need fixing. The view from front rooms is gorgeous. It's in a lovely part of town, with short pretty walks to all amenities.
