It was our second stay at The Old Stables and we liked it even more than the first time which was a year ago. There are some new settees which are very comfortable and the internet is fairly fast now. Would definitely consider staying here again.

A lovely cottage. A warm welcome by very friendly hosts. There was everything you could need. There was even a power socket outside where I could charge my hybrid car. A great bonus. To get to Skegness, Mablethorpe and Lincoln,30 minutes journey at the most. A visit to the Ashby Arms is a must. A mile walk away to a welcoming pub with amazing food at reasonable prices. We would return again.

The cottage is roomy & comfortable with everything you could need, in a nice location.
