With good walks and cycle routes through the countryside straight from the door, this is the ideal location to explore this beautiful landscape.
It is a 2-mile stroll to the local pub or instead drive into Boston, 8 miles, and see the famous Boston Stump, as well as the busy market once a week in the town centre.
Head up the coast towards Skegness about 20 miles away, to find sandy beaches and the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve.
Visit The Battle of Britain memorial flight at Coningsby, 2 miles away, or the city of Lincoln, famous for its cathedral and castle as well as The Bailgate area with its many cafés and boutique shops.
Coarse fishing (licence required) is just ½ mile away.

Stayed for 1 week beginning October.Really nice and comfortable cottage. Karen, John and Lauren made us feel very welcome. Nice plum bread to welcome us. Cottage is spacious, nicely presented and conveniently located for visiting local places of interest.We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to visit again in the future.

Lovely accommodation, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's quite isolated, which is what we like, but has amenities close by at Coningsby for those that need them including a Co-op, Morrison's Daily, coffee shops, fish and chips, pub.
The owners are very friendly but not intrusive. We had a great stay and will book again
