Very close to the M6 for either Manchester/Liverpool or Morecambe bay and the Lakes and the Forest of Bowland all within easy reach. Obviously a well loved family home and whilst not the most modern very comfortable and reasonably priced.

This house was easy access to Wrightington Hospital and a base whilst my husband was in hospital.
It is old fashioned decor but spotlessly clean and had all facilities needed. The enclosed back garden was an asset for my dog and during the really hot spell a lovely place to sit. No complaints
