Ground Floor: Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Bedroom 2: Single (3ft) Bed Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet.
Night storage heaters (£20per week October-May), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi (£9per week per device, £15per week for 3 devices) included.
Travel cot and highchair.
Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture.
Tennis court (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars.

Set on the owners’ site, Rosecraddoc Holiday Village, which is situated in a quiet wooded valley, and has access to a fishing lake (licence required, at cost). Ideally located to visit many gardens such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trebah Gardens, and the Eden Project.
There are many historic houses close by including Llanhydrock, Cotehele and Anthony House.
Visit the north coast villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac and Padstow.
Horse riding nearby.
Shop 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Shared use of tennis court and fishing lake. WiFi is available at a cost of £9 per week for 1 device and £15 per week for up to 3 devices. Cats are not allowed at the property. There is limited internet signal and/or mobile reception at the property. There is open water in the property grounds. Think it would be a good idea to inform guests of coin meter for electricity.

February 2024 break. Family of 3. Cotehele was a perfect bungalow for a trip to Cornwall. Warm and very comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Fantastic view of farmland and stream out the back for your morning coffee. 35-40 minutes to Eden Project which was great too.

We've been here a few times over the years and always find it warm, comfortable and relaxing. The only downside this visit was to find the pub has gone which was a lovely on-site perk (and also lovely to visit) but we had a super time as usual in a home-from-home which is a great base to go out and explore Cornwall
