Oulton Broad is within walking distance where boats are available for hire, and there are many restaurants and bars for eating and drinking if you don’t wish to enjoy the well-equipped kitchen in the property.
There are many walking routes though the Carlton Marsh Nature Reserve and along the sandy, award-winning beaches in Lowestoft.

Comfortable and charming cottage with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely gardens and well situated for access to the Broads and surrounding areas. Internet was very slow and virtually unusable, but everything else was great.

The cottage was very comfortable. We particularly liked the second sittling room and as we had six of us staying it was so nice to go to a quiet room and read. The garden was amazing and very dog friendly.
