Bedroom area: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Kitchen: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet.
Central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. .
Small enclosed courtyard with garden furniture.
Parking permit for 1 car included (for nearby public car parks); parking in yard behind the property for loading/unloading only.

Our 5th visit we love this place,always immaculate,perfect place right in the heart of Ambleside,only thing i would say is we need a gated garden for our dog and the gate was off when we arrived and the parking pass is out of date,but still highly recomend it.

Great cottage in a central location in Ambleside. Parking wasn't an issue at the car park across the road. New bathroom was lovely. All clean and tidy and perfect for a dog. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee on arrival with a small milk. Saves the rush to the shops. Also more than one toilet roll would be helpful as we had to go to the shops to get more for a 3 night stay

Absolutely perfect little holiday let with great shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. The cottage was just lovely with everything we needed and extremely clean. Highly recommend.
