You enter the property on the ground floor which leads straight into the open plan living/kitchen/dining area, the dining area has a large table great for enjoying group meals with friends or family.
Continuing through there is a large, well equipped and modern kitchen area and the cosy spacious living area.
The living space has bi-fold doors leading outside to a hot tub and the front of the property.
Back inside you also have a kingsize bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room.
On the first floor you will find a further two kingsize bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and the fourth has bunk beds.
Outside, there is a terrace fitted with a hot tub to the front of the property and to the side, there are some stones steps leading to the back of the property with a sitting-out area.

Lovely time spent with family at the cottage. A good size to accommodate all. The location was close to lots of attractions, with the West Midlands Safari Park across the road, the Severn Valley Railway in easy reach, along with lots of outside walks / activities.

The Cottage was ideal. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and 2 dogs. The welcome hamper was fantastic. We had lovely walks from the cottage and didn’t need the car all weekend. Great to get in the hot tub after our walks. There is a field at the back of the cottage but not enclosed.

Spacious open plan lay out and ideal for our family group. The downstairs bedroom and wet room were ideal for an elderly parent although a handrail by the steps up from the dining area would have made it safer. The hot tub was enjoyed by several generations and was easy to operate. In summer we would have made use of the patio seating areas and explored the field behind the house.
