Psalter Farmhouse stands detached on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in a rural location.
Just over a mile away is the local pub (with bar and restaurant) at Skendleby Psalter.
The Farmhouse offers plenty of space for all the family with two living rooms, one with an ornamental open fire, a large traditional conservatory/games room and large garden, which is perfect to retire to after a long day exploring the area.
The coastal resort of Skegness is just 10 miles away, with its sandy beaches and traditional amusements.
For those wishing to explore the area, there are great walks and cycle routes straight from the door, as well as many good country pubs for refreshments along the way.
Local market towns include Alford, Spilsby, Louth and Horncastle, famous for its many antique and collectable shops, are also only a short drive.
The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and Visitor Centre is based at Coningsby, only a 20-minute drive away, or visit East Kirkby Airfield, with its Lancaster Bomber, just 15-minute drive away and a must for WWII enthusiasts.
Lincoln, famous for its cathedral, castle and Magna Carta Visitor Centre is only 40 minutes away.

Brilliantly quirky house with a beautiful outdoor space. Easily accommodated 9 of us and we loved the balcony library, hot tub and table tennis in the orangery. Plenty of kitchen equipment, crockery etc and a lovely big dining room.
Only down side was there was no phone signal but that’s not the owners fault!!
We would visit again- we had a fabulous week.

Overall the house is lovely, with lots of space, but some areas are in need of a refurb, i.e the bathrooms.
Also the bedrooms were very warm (even with the heating off) and the windows could not be opened, so they got very hot.

We loved the outside. The manager allowed us to have a paddling pool on the grass which our granddaughter loved and had so much fun with all the space in the garden and house. The males in the family lived the table tennis and badminton. House very well equipped.
