Sea View at Lamberton is an ideal place to base yourself and enjoy the sea views from the house and gardens.. 8 steps to entrance.

The good size garden and elevated timber decking viewing platform will be a great place to enjoy the outside.
This farming two storey property sleeps six comfortably in three bedrooms.
One of the double rooms is on the ground floor with the remaining twin and double bedrooms upstairs.
The bathroom with shower over L-Shaped bath are on the ground floor.
A fairly well-equipped kitchen has a little utility area off to the side to allow for that extra little bit of practical space you always need.
Of course we always hope for great weather when we are away from home but if the weather isn’t great there is an open fire for those cold and grim days.
This really is a fabulous property to spend your break.
So easy to get to, so easy to access places of interest and activities either by road or by rail from Berwick and so fantastic to be able to enjoy those views of the sea at the front and side and then open country and hillsides from the other side of the house.

Lovely cottage with sea views, main road is close but it didnt detract from the experience. We saw dolphins from the bedroom window swimming by. We didnt use the open fire as no need to but lovely that it is available.

Amazing little hidden gem of a cottage. Lovely and clean, well equipped. Great communication from the owner who was available at any time should we have needed him. The local villages were a bit quiet but I imagine due to the time of year we visited which was totally understandable. Plenty of nearby shops and supermarkets at Berwick. Will defo visit again and recommend to others… thank you!!

A lovely place very comfortable and well equipped. Great location loved visiting St Abbs and Coldingham bay!! A little noise from the road but the Monday was a bank holiday so was a little busier then the rest of the days
